PSA Compatible Mod; Change Starting Settlement

FYI - If you have the mod Change Starting Settlement and klick on a settlement with a NPC Legendary lord, the enemy lord will not have a settlement and start taking attrition.
You can then attack that lord, win, and the next turn you will be able to recruit the lord you just killed.

Example given (E.G)
I started with Ikit Claw and re-settled my starting settlement to Queeks settlement "Yuatek" in the south east. Then i killed Queek.
On turn two i was given the event to recruit Queek and now i can roam the early game with 2x Legendary Lords.

Upside - You also get the special strategic building for the faction you just took over.
Downside - Be mindful of "Compatible Climate", as that does not change for the faction.
