-Cant charge turn
-Less charge duration
+Can charge crit at any range
+80% Resistance to everything except melee
I want this to be a "fight me like a mann or not at all!!!" kind of thing.

First, this weapon should be called Mannhole, but moving on!
Stats:
+10% charge speed
+5% movement speed on kill (Maximum of 20% faster movement speed)
Full turning control while charging
-25% damage charge damage penalty

So basically another tide turner with different stats, althought combine park of techno brownie's idea with this and you have a weapon

My suggestion:
-25% charge duration
Coliding with an enemy while charging will stun them, 15 damage inflicted on the user.
Hits while charging restores 15% of charge and 5 health
Crit boosts at any range

On that note, it could instead say "Note: speed increase does not stack with other movement speed increases"

That means you take 90 damage from a fully charged headshot...

I believe my stats are complete opposite of his stats. My perception of the Manhole is a delicate, light shield that can combo with other weapons, such as the Scotsman's Skullcutter.

Ya... I didnt think that one all the way through. More so if you have a gun for your prime. Just now looked at Heavys Fist of Steel so mabey around 50% resistance? Like I tiped on my first post I want this to feal like a melee orenated kind of weapon and those who use only melee are no match agenst range so lets throw in a "-50% Primary ammo" for kicks.

Let's look at a common demoknight. You shouldn't usually have a grenade launcher for your primary if you are a common dk (demonknight for short), so that would basically be useless. Also, a manhole is really nothing compared to a medieval shield. The manhole would be way too op if it had that much resistance.

Just looked at this revery moment: The chargein targe at the moment has the most resistance of the three shilds (50% fire, 40% explosive). So combine my first 80% resistance with less charge range (maby half a regular charge), You cant even turn when you comit to a charge, and the fact that you have to get up close to do any damage at all with a pure DK it seems par in my head . If the resistance was for Heavy then, ya kinda OP. Im starting to think that Demo is the 10th class.
Also (I admit im not a expert on this but...) I would think a Mannhole that was built to take the constant second to daily abuse of weight and weather would outclass many a midevill shiled.

Note: I dont know if I said this but I dont know the % values to things so at best this is a dark ball estament. What you should get from this is The Mannhole has the best guard while being the shortest range.

Nice intentions. (Lol I think of this as not a fight me like a mann or not at all, but a I'm going to straight up f**king obliterate you if you don't fight back, so yeah. xD)
