To Keep Or Not to Keep The Aspenvale Barrier
In the new patch, I added a giant Barrier in which I plan to add climate control and engulf the city within it.

I would not keep it, although, since Aspenvale is a Mages' village,I can see how mages might magically construct such a climate control dome. Otherwise, I think you have a wonderful town started, but I agree with some other folks who commented saying there were possibly too many bushes and trees. It's very pretty, though. The guards also sometimes warn me to keep back or else even though I've not approached them or done anything remotely provocative. I also have wondered why there is a pawn shop sign but no pawn shop. Overall, though, you're doing a swell job, and I enourage you further in your development of Aspenvale Village.
I'd Say Keep it. but make it more translucent (if possible) same other problems as frames dropping and im working with a 1gb GPU and 16gb of RAM and it still dragging me down. soooo ya loss (SOME not all and not to much LOVE the over whelming flora) just tone it down (a little)
I think it looks awesome, if derpy in some places, and it definitely fits in the whole story of the place. But I lose a poopton of frame-rate when looking at it. I'm using a 2 gig GTX 675M, 16 gigs of ram, and i7 cpu, and I get maybe 5-10 fps while looking at it. Maybe make it optional, or at least reduce texture quality.
I think it's a good idea but how does the story explains it? If the village were lost in the High North, with freezing cold temperature, I could see the point of having such a barrier, but here in the middle of Whiterun plain, except for protecting them against dragons, and yet they surely can fight back with their awesome spells, I don't really see the point. (Also, as you might have seen my previous comment, it makes my poor machin go slow ._.).
