[ocean starter][patrol vessel]
Out of the three time I tried (different seed & game), using "gm", "itemmenu" I couldn't destroy the patrol vessel. (thruster, turret, core, outside, inside .. nothing)
It's straight up invincible. Maybe forgot to damage some part of the vessel before it was saved ? For as much as I know it was the way of making it vulnerable for some of their blocks.
Or maybe it's intended to have an invincible vessel chasing the player, who know.

Patrol vessels can sometimes "ghost" and can't be shot or shoot the player in return. It's a default game bug.
