Massive flickering

I ran into two structures in the same location which had a really annoying flickering (among other problems).

For example, these two views flickering back and forth incredibly rapidly:

Unfortantely that can happen sometimes on the Dead planets due to the high number of POIs and how they are spawned. I haven't found a solution except to reduce the numbers of POIs.
