my countryballs eyes are the same material as the flag why?

Whenyou use the Sub Material tool, when you look the model you want change, you can see a rectangle with many option where you can change and found what the texture you want to change in this. (sorry if my explication is not good )

I still don't understand how to fix this, my countryball's eyes become the same material as the flag. How do I fix it?
