As requested, the log from the crash on world load:

At the bottom you'll find that "data" is nil. Did multiple tests on both online and local worlds, with only this mod installed. Tried alone and with another player, same error each time.

Alright I just applied a patch. I'm not sure if this will fix it, but I added an additional check so hopefully you can't get a nil value anymore.

This mod does not appear to work anymore. The placement seems to be off and it only shows the name of the player and there is no heart to show health.
