So Found a trinket called "Grim Reminder" which shows what the Duchess actually looks like without her helmet. Also found another Duchess related trinket called "Elizabeth's Head" from the Collector with the Duchess Helmet half covered.

So the Duchess original name is Elizabeth right? Like Dismas and Raynauld heads.

Edit 1: So the head is from her human class Duchess mod. Though is Elizabeth her real character name?

@Z-2552 I checked the mod file and I have no idea what you are talking about. Could you tell me where you found these two trinkets?
