Battle image bug

Whenever I'm out of combat, the duchess' image is normal, but when I enter combat, it turns into a garbled mess of pieces of her. Attacking is also garbled, while riposting is normal again. Any quick fix for this on my end?

I had this same error, and fixed it by loading the human duchess rework mod above this one.
Alternatively you could disable the human duchess mod, then she will work properly as a transform character.

I'm still having this bug and "human dutchess" didn't help
