Would i be able to put alternate death animations with this addon?

Would i be able to put some death animation mod from l4d2 (like miaximo deaths) into the files? just curious so if i find the file number and such i want to try doing that, And Shadowsyn if you are reading this then would you be able to send me files of this addon? Please and thanks
