A mystery gman

There's this weird black box at the bottom of the map, if you no-clip down you'll see it.

the alarm will not stop and no other map sounds.

Rock in the desert

I'm sure many of you playing this have found a rock in the desert. I'm just confused by it; what does it do?

I found out that the rock can go through the teleport benches, and I've brought it to the secret room that's accessed by using said benches, but I can't find where it would fit into a wall or anything.

there is a secret room in the news building under the stairs but i couldnt find a way in without noclip
