Great Kingdoms Feature: Autoresolve bonuses
Intent
Ensure that you have factions capable of challenging you during the lategame.

System
If a faction is a major faction, they get an autoresolve bonus in all fights unless:
a. the other faction is human, or a human is within a certain distance
b. the other faction is a vassal of a major faction
c. the other faction is also a major faction
