Garrison wont fight viking invaders?
I understand with a civil war the garrison doesn't fight, But viking invaders are taking over garrisoned towns without any option to battle , or battle results.

maybe they are joining the rebelion what is the ethnic background of the settlements, and moral/public order rating.

Hi,

Thanks for your help.

Without any rebellion and a happy settlement going on , Viking invaders rock up to the settlement and just occupy, no option to fight. Afterwards no rebels anywhere, Just the vikings.
