I was wondering if this is a problem only with myself, or if similar issues have been recorded and solved. All I know is that when I have a harbor constructor it does function and adds the assembly to the planet but the assembled pop section of the pop screen is grayed out and does not allow for pops to be assembled so far as I see building mechanical pop assembly enables the function but does not allow me to switch to organic pops.

This also applies to abyssal fleet making a run of them have your starter pop only be what you have and cannot grow until they can have normal pop growth essentially making it impossible to expand unless you have other species in your empire.

Any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated as I don't know if it's a bug in the mod or my own mod config/stellaris issue
