Adjust FPS?
The fps setting in Wallpaper Engine has no effect on the fps. Is there a way to adjust the fps without adjusting the fps of the monitor. I have a 240hz monitor and I would like the ability to lock the fps of this thing to 60. When I change the monitor to 240hz this thing works fine but its at 4x the speed and uses a lot of GPU power for a wallpaper.

I'm facing the same issue. I want to run my laptop at 360hz, the most it supports. But with this wallpaper, if I don't limit my laptop to 60hz, it runs at 6 times the speed it was intended to. Can we get a fix for the FPS slider setting that isn't working?
Thanks!

A bit late with the reply but anyone wanting lower FPS can try my modified version on https://github.com/fuchst/WebGL-Fluid-Simulation. It uses the FPS setting from the general wallpaper engine options.
It's just a quick hack but it works and running the sim at 40 instead of 120 FPS lowered my power consumption by around 15W and it still looks mesmerizing.

Hi, I'd be happy to try your workaround. The URL to it has been censored by Steam. Can you help me find it? Thanks.
