I think you might have to get CSGO or another Source game, such as Portal or Day of Defeat

Have you been getting script errors a long time? if you have script errors can ruin your game, so try uninstall gmod and install it again and put your other addons in a backup folder when you uninstall gmod

just factory reset or you just lacking CSS because CSC = Counter Strike : Classic which explains how that un-installing game is only way that stupids do
