Cannot Build Dispenser
Can repair buildings (and upgrade them as well) at 10 progress per second, and 10 health per second.
Damages players at 5-10 per second. (depending on range)
Max Ammo 100
Ammo consumption rate: 2 per second
Gives ammo to players (I don't know how much it would be to be a fair amount.)

If you were to not be able to build a dispenser, then your not supporting the team as much.
