Stats!
I think it should be a bit like a magnum for the engineer, so here's my idea:

+ 22% damage bonus
+ 22% more backup ammo
+ Shots are 15% more accurate
- Slower firing speed (0.17s between shots to 0.57s)
- 25% clip size
- Slower reload speed (1.36s to 1.68s)

No bad, but most of the new weapons have new features e.g firing a laser rather han just stat changes.

I like your stats. But in my opinion, I think + 22% more backup ammo isn't needed, because as we know, Engineer brings 200 pistol ammo for his pistol, and we don't really use them all :p
