My map turns into hawaii on my dedicated server
when ever i play on my server hawaii assets are loaded in but the map itself is not there

the title is actually supposed to say "My map turns into Washington on my dedicated server".

This is pretty much because you didn't set up the server correctly. Check that the server itself (Not just your client's files but the actual server's files) has Hawaii and it's assets installed either by putting the files manually or by putting the Steam IDs in the WorkshopDownloadConfig. Also check that the "Map" command in Commands.dat is correct and uses the correct name.
