No shard gauntlets
For some reason, this specialization isn't providing access to the shard gauntlets for the secondary slot. In fact, it doesn't provide any weapon access.

In case it matters, I also have Invisible Psi Amps, Psionics Specializations Extended, and Warrior Of The Light Specialization.

After much problem-solving, I figured it out!

I went to "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1754101865\Config" and opened XCOMRPG.ini

There I added the following text to the very end of the document.
"SpecializationMetaInfo = (bUseForRandomClasses=true, AllowedWeaponCategories=(replace_psiamp), InventorySlots=(eInvSlot_SecondaryWeapon), iWeightSecondary=1)"
