Known Bugs

3. Ironsights positioning is massively off. Will be fixed very soon.

4. The whole thing shows up as an error model

That one I cannot confirm myself, as I have the addon installed on a few servers and it works on all of them.

However, I will concede and say that this weapon's also missing a draw animation, so maybe I had ought to update that soon, too.
