EMPTY TOWNS BUG THREAD
Please report any towns that might be empty here, and I will fix them. I tried going around the map and looking at all the locations, but it is an understatement to say that it is not foolproof.

Shark seems to be populated for me. It is probably another mod messing with this one, or then it is in the process of being switched over to you. If it persists without other mods on, let me know and we can try figuring it out.

sometimes its wishiwashi for me. sometimes the people are there and sometimes they arent uaually its with holy nation and shek sometimes

Does HUB normally have a bar on the outside? That one seems to be affected in that the bar building is empty and the owners are casually standing outside, the Trade Ninjas? Looking all menacing while folding their arms.

Hub has a bar near it outside the walls, but it shouldn't be completely empty. It should be your average bar.
