plez buff artillery
the use of the artillery's world tile mode is praticaly useless and never hits the target, its better to just send guys in with a mortar or use antigrain but even then the accuracy is still trash.

so my idea is to when attacking another tile there has to be a pawn in it and when selecting that world tile with the artillery, it brings up a aiming redicule like the force fire on a regulre mortar but its radius in larger the more furthure it is from the origonal tile
