Sure! I wasn't sure if people would be interested in roof-jumping at first, but I can definitely add some ramps and stuff to the rooftops :)
Wouldn't hurt to occasionally double-check some hitboxes for the sidewalks/curbs around the city. I noticed some blocks have a slightly higher hit area than other areas, or empty blocks. For example, some blocks with buildings in them, I can easily lose a wheel (or front wheel of the Robin), whereas empty lots don't have that problem. You may have noticed this with some of the tracks I setup. Especially the huge track.
Will do! The collision for the roads/sidewalks are definitely a bit wonky. I'll try to go through and keep them all the same height above the terrain.
Each update makes Steam re-download the entire project, 550mb daily.. its alot of download time, when the updates are daily
Ahh, that's something that I totally forgot to consider. I'll try to keep at least a few days between updates to keep you from downloading constantly :)
many trees are same, make not same. less may-be? cactus is desert tree, yes?
You are correct, there are only 4 types of trees in the map currently (pine, palm, and the two bushy ones). I'll see if I can add a few more types of trees or find another way to diversify the current trees.

And good idea on the cactus. I'll see if I can find a good way to implement them.

The rest of the assets were just free downloads from the Unity store
