Processing capacity and AI
Hi, I really love the mod but one thing bothers me. In a lot of plays the AI machine empires seems to not be able to manage the concept of the processing capacity. I know it's possible to deactivate the feature but it still seems to affect the AI rater heavily. For example, the exact same machine empire (exterminator) steamrolls every single play without the mod activated. With the mod it's behaving rather timidly. I would love to see the processing capacity concept as a submod to be able to enjoy more flashed out machine empires but without the strange behaviors.

Also as a possible suggestion: With the addition of administrative buildings, I think the concept of processing power could be merged with a more vanilla like approach without the need for another ressource.

Thank you for your excellent work!

Given that, IIRC, admin cap is stated to represent what processing capacity is supposed to anyway (IE, the processing cycles available to the gestalt), processing cap has kinda become superfluous.

There's a civic that turns off proc cap for a machine empire, can just make premade exterminator(s) with it so they basically act as they do without the mod on.
