An ability to create the drugs just for fun or darkrp?

By create, I mean actually make the drugs whether it be through silly or even a serious step by step process.

You could also make the player have negative side affects like health dropping over time, or weird and freaky rare hallucinations. You can also add the fact that if the player takes too many drugs at once. An instant death may follow.
