Just an idea I thought up that might add cross-mod additions for Deliverance.

Sewing Machine:You can upgrade your favorite Deliverance Familiars with this handy upgrading tool!

Bertran:This Headbasher will have some cool synergies with Deliverance’s items!

Better Bombs:Deliverance’s Bomb Modifiers have better visual combinations with other bomb modifiers,even Fiend Folio’s Nugget Bombs

Missing Tears GFX:Certain tear modifiers have greater visual combinations with other tear modifiers,even Revelations’ Ice Tray

Eternal Items Mod Repented(by candarush):Deliverance's items can have unique synergies with the new items from this mod!

Eternal Monsters Repented(thought that name up,& I think that's what's gonna be called when candarush releases it):Adds Eternal Monsters-styled replacements for Deliverance’s enemies,such as Vomit Lil’ Stony,Drowned Fat Host,Dank Creampile,Scarred Cracker,& more!

Revelations:Adds rooms & enemies in Revelations’ Alt path floors! Watch out for Frosty Mother of Many,Frosty Nutcracker,Frosty Explosimaw,Frosty Peabody,Rag Creampile,Rag Jester,Vestige Fat Host,Vestige Cracker,& many more!

Genesis+ Septic Shock:Deliverance enemies & rooms have been added to the new floor,the Septic!

Retribution:When playing as Icarus,some vanilla enemies will become Deliverance enemies! And Deliverance enemies can even turn back into vanilla enemies with Baptimisal Font &/or Baptimisal Shell!

Fiend Folio:One of the biggest mods of Early 2021! Adds FF-styled replacements for Deliverance’s Enemies,such as Eroded Fat Host,Fat Sludge Host,Sick Skuzzball,and so much more! Even Fiend Folio's items will have synergies with Deliverance's items. Oh,& Fiend will have unique costumes when he has certain items from Deliverance!
