I have some ideas for some characters that are part of the aforementioned mafia.
The Skanian Mafia's main color is orange, similar to the Black Viceroys in Watch Dogs.
The camo of the Russian Army ragdolls might look a bit orange, so that means I'll use those ragdolls for that extremely well-hidden part of the Skanian Mafia. This part of the mafia appears in chapters 9, 10, 11, and 12. There should be some characters that play a major role in the movie. I have some down below:

Dermot Hollis
Age: 38. Race: White. Rank: Head of Security. He is known for having tight security around the main headquarters, which is a decaying GNR Communications building. His guards are part of the Maxwell Montes private militia. Marlowe eliminates him in his office.

Jerome Kinsley
Age: 26. Race: Black. Rank: Commander. Jerome is the commander of all military units in the Skanian Mafia. Jerome's office is bombed during a massive fight between Marlowe, the Skanian Mafia's soldiers, and the Maxwell Montes private militia.
Quotes: *Marlowe tells him a knock knock joke which ends with "Me, the guy who slept with your mother last night."* "Hahahahahaha-♥♥♥♥ you. ♥♥♥♥ YOU." *ded*

"Spikezilla"
Age: 31. Race: White. Rank: Right-Hand Man. Spikezilla is the right-hand man to Piratecatty, the second leader of the Skanian Mafia who is convicted of stealing code from other modders. Spikezilla defends Piratecatty from any rumors, but he also defends him from the truth. He and his group are caught in the midst of the aforementioned fight, and the rest of his group is killed but Spikezilla is spared by Marlowe when he promises never to support Piratecatty again.
