Found it, just paste the S+ Code in the Game.Ini, it Works

For Beginners, in you gameusersettings.ini just paste the following:

[StructuresPlus]
HatcherySlotCount=100
HatcheryRangeInFoundations=100
HatcheryIncubationMultiplier=20

or better yet use these settings and never worry about wether or not you able to pick up and hatch the eggs
