This is a great mod, actually balanced which is unusual for mods that focus on one nation.

Some minor things:
In Paieia Regia, you use "wrote" when you should use "written".
The last sentence in the decision to get assistance from Europe is not grammatically right. Up until "assisstance" it's a sentence, and it could end there, but the stuff after that wouldn't be a sentence on its own.

I have a suggestion for this mod, in 1453 when Ottomans declared war to Byzantine Empire the last emperor asked help to the catholic pope and the pope asked the conversion of Byzantine Empire to catholicism in exchange of a catholic crusade against the Ottomans... Well, it would be nice to have a decision where you accept the Papal proposition and convert to catholicism and then automatically the most powerful Catholic nations (for example Hungary, France, England, Austria and Poland) declare war against ottomans with Byzantium as the war leader.
Or if you dont accept you remain Orthodox and gain some extra manpower from Orthodox provinces and monetary help from the head of Orthodox church

@Voffen the thing you are suggesting is an event, not a decision.

Im planning to add possibility for a player to choose how to rule Byzantium. To add decisions like Disband the fleet, which will leed to forcelimits, naval traditions and moral decrease of the fleet but increase in land ones, and so on.

I got an idea its about the Empire goverment Byzantine starts out with. It kinda gets dated after a while ingame. While other goverments are reforming to Administrative or even Enlightened Depotism a reborn Byzantium is stuck with a old style of Empire (cant even get revolutionary Empire later on).

Maybe there could be a decision or something else when you get enough admin tech you can reform the Empire goverment to something more modern?

Have you considered adding an event that is triggered once the Pentarchy is restored that causes Orthodoxy to spread like Protestantism?

Just an idea for the restore roman empire decision
i've done this before with the roman empire v1.3 and as far as I see the requirements are the same and there is a lot of land that is just a pain in the ass to get (tunnis, venice and some other italian provinces but mainly tunnis) so maybe remove some of them?
and maybe when you do restore you get claim events to provinces that were part of the roman empire in a region that you border (it would be useless to get a claim on spain or france if you only have a little bit of italy, all of the balkans and anatolia instead it would give claims to the rest of italy, syria, egypt etc as in region based not only border)

and another suggestion would be to change the roman empire to a republic by decision (it could be equal to the modern empire but instead a modern republican empire?)
