Game crashes when it try to change the chassis

everytime i change the chasis for more than 4 times when inspecting the truck before buying my game just crashes and nothing helps pls fix

I had the same issue, turned out it was a corrupt Autosave. Try selecting and loading another Autosave. Adding or removing mods sometimes corrupts the last Autosave. You need to select an older one.
