Having trouble finding fortune cookie sticker

I played the map 10+ times, and i can't find it. May someone tell me where it would be?

very late but you find it at the food shop you spawn in

I bought everything in that store, nothing. I gave up.

The first food shop on the area you spawn in has it at the end of the list of hamburgers. You have to buy it on its own though or it won't work.
