Is there anything i can do to enable it on ETSMP? MP disables all mods by default.

Sorry but I can't help you. Every mod is disabled for the MP. Even if you'll pull out your hair, you won't be able to enable it.

Can i swap some files or is it Impossible and thats it?

I don't think it's possible, since all game files are in base.scs file, and I know that you can only extract the files, not modify them. Sorry.
