you can set the Years of separatism to 5 and maybe reduce the other to 5 too if it turn out to be too strong to stack as leaving the new one at 3 is really odd

Balance is an ongoing process with player feedback. Thank you for bringing it to my attention :) Will have a tweak of that idea group later on.

Please add more mission trees for interesting and unique nations, like provence, cusco, mongolia, transoxiana, najd, songhai, kongo, mutapa, majapahit, iroquois, etc...!

Great rulers like Mehmet the Conqueror(Ottomans-6/4/6) is based on max ruler monarch power(6/6/6). Will you change it according to your max ruler power 8/8/8? Sorry for bad english.

I considered it but I will leave it as default for the purpose of retaining early game balance.

Look forward to it! Also the 1% professionalism per year seems a bit op? Combined with drilling you can almost have infinite manpower. Maybe reduce it slightly?
