Found the White and Blue Gems, but the Red Gem is pretty well hidden.

Update:
While nocliping through the catacombs, I found a demonic ritual chamber. I don't know how to activate it. I tried bringing the axe that you get from the blue gem room to the pentagram, but nothing happened.
