Recruitment and Lords

How can I recruit troops apart from mercenaries like holy orders and when you choose a Lord you can't edit their names or faces and please make Balian de Ibelin a playable Lord, great mod!

You need to become a Templar or Hospitaller in order to recruit them. (The tutorial is in game concept)
For lord, we will fix that
For Balian, we will add it in future.
