The system say my troop have people get flue how to slove ?

I have 83 large troop after the system star tell me you have people get flue after I start lost people in my troop some one can help me.
How to deal this problem ?

Rest your troops in a city and make sure to visit the tavern, after a day or two you will get a pop up that says the problem is solved.
