Siege Engineers
Im trying to besiege a setlements but it tells me that i need a trebuchet, i found some siege works in Tiberias but it tells me that i need more engineers, so where do i find them? i have been to tons of taverns and i cant seem to find them

I found that in order to recruit them there are two methods

1) own a siege workshop in your city. You can recruit them that way
2) somehow capture them as prisoners and recruit them, or defeat a force that has some as prisoners and liberate them into your army
