you cant even name which star wars character, i used to be crazy about star wars lore and comics so i think its safe for me to say it looks nothing like anything star wars, the closest is maybe the tusken raiders the only similar thing is the goggles

Honestly though it may sound a bit niche the design seems pretty heavily inspired by The Leper from Darkest Dungeon, far more so than anything else noted thus far, complete with the white hood concealing mostly the entire upper body and the one model with closed-slit googles looking fascinatingly similar to the the original's cracked reptilian skin.
