Its been certified by Valve and can potentially make it into TF2 so dont worry.

i honestly dont see this getting into the game. max's severd head was a promotinal item. telltale only let them use the rights for the poker night items and the season 3 preorder items.

then again, telltail is a bunch of really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool guys who do cool guy stuff so then again it might. i would still like to see this as a mod though
