Sixteenth week and nothing happens(mod on the top)

10 + dungeon runs and no encounters whatsoever and I'm spaming torches like madman

same problem. work fine for the first time then after i close and open game again all quirks, trinkets are gone and can't found encounter.
this is a dev tool to report deviations from the base game and mods are pretty much the definition of "deviation from the base game"
i coded many workarounds doing unorthodox stuff and this is just the output noifying that there is something unusual going on.

can't you encounter the faction or what precisly does not change ?
Got to the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamI\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1769051332\dungeons\_shared
open the file
white_phantom.conditional.1.mash
Change the line
.chance 0.05
to
.chance 0.99
go to a level 1 dungeon and keep torch above 75
you should then immediatly encounter the faction. Try to test if it works if yes ten the mod works and you just did not encounter it yet
if you cannot make the faction sapwn by this method write again

Do I need to start a new game for mod to work?
And does this mod conflicts with other mods?
Checked yesterday if new game will help - no.
Probably this mod conflicts with another mods from Clair De Lune and her Trinket mods

I don't know how this happen , because I already meet him earlier (somewhere 3 , per 1 on quest, when I was lucky 2 in one mission)

I keep getting this error whenever this mod is enabled. I still loads fine afterwards. Its a mod conflict issue but have yet to figure out which mod is the culprit
