Fancy Helmet and Football Helmet make her face missing. Both are from Hamlet DLC. I will try to fix on my own but I guess I should inform you anyways =))

I tried blowing the beefalo horn as hat kid across all 4 versions of the game and didn't crash. Were you using any other mods? And if not, can you send a crash log?

Sorry, must have just been a coincidence after all. I tried it again today and it hasn't crashed. Tried recreating the scenario as identically as I could remember and no crashes. If it happens again I'll be sure copy the crash log next time.
