Open the explorer and go to the folder with the mod. For example:E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\236850\266053242\interface E:\SteamLibrary-This is a disc with the game and the Steam library. Instead of SteamLibrary, you'll probably just have Steam. 236850-the game number. 266053242-mod code(not TGE, translation).

Then delete (or better throw somewhere) macrobuildinterface.gui and macrobuildinterface_override.gui (Deleted 2 purely to be sure, more knowledgeable people should know exactly what to delete.)
