How 2 fix Alt
If you cannot "Walk" in gmod by using the Alt key,
simply go to Settings/Keybourd scroll all the way down, til you find an option that somewhat resembles "walking" and bind it to Alt.
To bind something in the Keybourd-Settings; simply double click it and press the button (Alt)
hit Apply and then Ok
aaand done, you should now be able to use Alt properly.

where is settings/keyboard in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, or files?!

its literally on the main menu when you open gmod.... should say something like "settings" "options", you should know where that is.... it is also where you would reconfigure video etc... or change multiplyar spray's
