I have wiped out the UC and HN, allied with all the right people, enemy of all the right ones, very strong, and when I went to black scratch Bo came up and gave me a speech about how great I am and she would love to join.

however after that point I do not have the option to speak to her again to actually recruit her.

if i unsubscribe from the mod, then she can be recruit perfectly fine as normal, however that causes all the unique npcs created by living world to break.
