Seeing that the heavy has turned into a boring class to play, i think that maybe this weapon can make him more fun! It looks really cool! i think that maybe the stats could be:
%20 speed (I dont know how much, to the speed of a demoman) on wearer
Spins as fast as a tomislav and shoot 30% faster that the normal Minigun
%40 less damage
When spinning you move like a normal heavy.
I think that maybe is a little OP but you can tell me if you think so. Please! I really want this weapon in the game!
