The first step is to activate 4 little TV just by pressing F in front of them.

(You don't have to complete all 4 TV's to build the Mk2 you want. So if you only want the yellow one, you juste have to complete the yellow TV.)

Once you've interacted with a TV, an image of the Mk2 will appear. You have to kill around 20 zombies near a TV. When a TV is done, the Mk2 image is gone, and smoke of color appeared at 4 different places.


To build an elemental Mk2, you need a frame which can be obtained in the room before the underground lab ( https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2019/34/7/1566751227-5-frame.jpg ).
