I don't think that the strap is allowed
The strap that covers the right shoulder of the skin would put it under the "model-swap" category, which isn't allowed for TennoGen stuff.

So long as it doesn't clip it should be fine. the original Helm acts as a normal syandana and a scarf around her neck. Some other frames have MAJOR model changes. its not a "swap" just an artistic edit.
