Rules haven't changed, and I wouldn't expect them to. Transparency is a technical limitation for body models because it exposes the inside of the model, which have no faces. Mirage Mithra was created and submitted a long, long time ago, but only accepted relatively recently as a result of the sections changed to be opaque, as said by the previous user.
As it is, I don't think it's too much of a problem for this skin particularly. It doesn't focus on transparency as much as the Mithra skins do. Very small opacity changes to relevant parts of the bodies and it will probably meet requirements.
