The "machine" only works properly if you play the TTT gamemode. It is the Traitor Tester (but the door entity is named so you could get creative with commands in Sandbox). :lunar2019piginablanket:

You can pick up the car battery with your magneto stick (TTT) or physics gun (sandbox)

"➪ If you noclip under the train you need "god" enabled (to enable "godmode" you need sv_cheats set to 1) or else you will die"

Might be possible that it is either from Garry's Mod (which has a lot of different sounds from different games) or CS:S :csgocross:
